"Waffen" Medic Officer Tunic
Waffen SS medic Hauptsturmfuhrer (captain) tunic. Tailor made gabardine officers issue. Black backing officers shoulder straps with two pips and MD insignia, bullion made litzens with runes on right side and three pips on left rank side. Bullion regulation sewn eagle on left arm. 2nd class merit cross ribbon sewn on buttonhole. Label on inner pocket reads "SS-Hauptsturmfhr.(Stabsarzt) Dr.med.P.Diemer (Diehmer) III.Panzerkorps der SS SS-Feldlazarett 503". Traces of cuff title on left cuff. The buyer will have the choice to put one back or not. Silky material lining. Originally mounted and untouched since WW2. Some easily repairable moth holes. 1964 purchase paper tag.
