B2 Fighting Dagger
"Fairbairn Sykes" 3rd pattern (1943) fighting dagger aka "B2". Zinc alloy moulded grip (brass war shortage). "3" manufacturer code with straight crosspiece, diamond shaped double edged blade. Chestnut leather scabbard with top securing elastic band, gilted metal tip, both trousers fastening straps have been removed as usual. Standard issued to commandos, paratroopers, SAS and SOE agents.
